What to email about
- A privacy request: access to, correction of, or deletion of the details you submitted. See the Privacy Policy.
- A suspected error in a guide, a price range or a citation. Confirmed errors are fixed and recorded on the corrections page.
- A question about an estimate request you already made.
For a question about a signed contract or work already under way, start with the contractor named on the contract. A complaint about an Oregon contractor can be filed with the Construction Contractors Board, and about a Washington contractor with Washington L&I.
