Yes. There is no subscription. You only pay Stripe at the moment you choose to purchase a lead. If the homeowner ghosts you or the project turns out to be a bad fit, our refund policy covers specific dispute categories.
How do I know a lead is qualified before I pay?▾
Every lead is scored by our system on signals like project clarity, budget realism, timeline, and home characteristics. You see the score, tier, ZIP, service type, and a project summary before you decide to buy. Homeowner contact details are revealed only after purchase.
What does 'exclusive vs shared' mean?▾
Exclusive leads are sold to one contractor only. The homeowner hears from you and no one else through our platform. Shared leads can be purchased by up to three contractors. Shared leads are priced 40% lower per buyer.
How long does the application take to review?▾
Most decisions are made within 1 to 2 business days. If we need anything else from you (for example, a certificate of insurance), we will email you directly.
What if my application is rejected?▾
You will receive an email explaining exactly why. If the reason is something you can address (a temporary CCB lapse, growing your reviews past our threshold, expanding service area), you are welcome to reapply.
